Pohjois-Karjalan Sähkö Oy is a service company in the energy branch. The company consists of three business units, of which network services are responsible of physical transfer services, a contracting company Enerke Oy is responsible of building and maintenance of the power grid and Power business is responsible of production, acquisition and sales of electricity. Pohjois-Karjalan Sähkö is a part of the Kymppivoima group.

We have been using the E² solution since it was published. We use it daily to predict market price development and to timing transactions on long and short term. E² gives a freedom to build indicator entities that other system do not offer and which are practically impossible to calculate in MS Excel. E² enabled continuous monitoring of indicators that we saw beneficial. It also enabled the easy construction of new indicators and ad hoc market studies.
